We finally did it! The day after we returned from WPPI this year we signed the lease on the studio space we'd been looking at. We chose an office/warehouse combo just off of I-90 (for very easy access) in Spokane Valley so we could have a place to meet with you to view your photos, place your orders, and do some indoor studio shooting.
The total square footage is just a bit under 2000, with about 1600 of warehouse space and the remainder for office. We plan on building it out so it has a very cozy, homey feel. There are a few months worth of work still to go for sure, but I didn't want to wait to at least post a first look.
In the warehouse space we’re planning on building out a few different sets for indoor senior shoots. We haven’t fully decided on what we’re going to build yet, but we’ll definitely do them well. We have room for about three or four different sets, so our goal is to provide some very different looks all at the same location.
We've been working on it near-daily since we signed the lease and have finished some stuff, but there's still tons to go! Here is a mix of some before and after photos of parts we have made some progress on. We’ll definitely have it ready for the coming senior season.
